Dr. Rachel Mommer

I am a doctoral prepared, board certified nurse practitioner in both psychiatric mental health and family practice.

• Doctorate of Nursing Practice, Family Nurse Practitioner

• Bachelors of Science in Nursing

• Bachelors of Science in Psychology

 

I have 12+ years experience working in mental health settings, including inpatient, outpatient, addiction medicine, and consult liaison psychiatry services.

I am a Colorado native and enjoy any outdoor activity where I can soak up the sun - hiking, camping, running, skiing, rafting, and paddleboarding. My other passions are cooking and Pilates. I am an animal lover, planning to foster dogs in the future. My biggest joy comes from spending time with my family, friends, and dogs.
